Office hours
BIPOSA office hours are 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday
Email acknowledgments will be answered during office hours only. There is no need to send multiple emails. They will be prioritised and dealt with.

Accommodation
There is no onsite accommodation at the RSM, please make your own arrangements. BIPOSA cannot make accommodation recommendations
Annual Dinner
This year’s annual dinner will take place in the Members and Strangers Dining Room at the House of Commons (Houses of Parliament), Westminster. There is no disco this year.
Please note that the dinner is now fully booked
Entrance via Cromwell Green visitors’ entrance which is opposite back of Westminster Abbey. Please allow up to 30 minutes to clear “air port style” security. Your bags will be scanned, remove belts and boots. Access to venue from 6.30 pm with dinner served at 7.45 pm prompt.
Smoking/e-cigarettes not permitted
Please bring personal photo identification as well as your ticket invitation.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are printed in your name. You must bring your ticket and photo ID with you to the House of Commons. You will NOT get into the dinner without it. Tickets are not transferable to anyone else after 30th August and we cannot refund after this date.
BIPOSA Run
Thursday 7.15 am outside the Royal Society of Medicine
Cloakroom
Storage for cases and coats. Free. this is self service. Do no leave items of value in your luggage. Will be open from 8 am daily
Registration Desk
Will be open in the Auchi Foyer at the Royal Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole Street at the following times
-
- Wednesday 8 am – 5 pm
- Thursday 8.30 am – 4 pm
- Friday 8 am – 2 pm
Exhibition
Will be open from 8.30 am – 4.30 pm daily. Details of companies exhibiting and exhibition plans
