After completing the evaluation you will receive an email with self-completing certificate (this means you have to type in your name and save to your local machine).
The scientific meeting (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) takes place at the Hilton Hotel, Bottle Bank, Gateshead, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE8 2AR
The reception (free of charge for all delegates) takes place on Wednesday evening at 6 pm at the Riverside Terrace, Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, South Shore Road, Gateshead, NE8 3BA
The dinner and disco (£60 per ticket) takes place on Thursday evening at 7 pm at The Biscuit Factory, 16 Stoddart Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE2 1AN

CPD has evolved to focus on self-reflection not collection of evidence
It is your responsibility to download and keep your certificates safe if required. We do not provide copies.
Self-completing certificates are emailed after completing the evaluation form or you can download from the website and you will be emailed the code on completion of the evaluation

If you are no longer able to attend to present either your oral presentation or poster, please withdraw. BIPOSA does not allow substitutes. Our delegates have an expectation from speakers of the published programme
Posters
This year posters are all paper posters. These must be A1 in portrait format only
You must have a ticket for the meeting to show your poster and for it to be listed online
All poster authors must be registered by 16th August 2024 to be included in the listing and programme
There is a £500 prize for the best paper poster displayed at the meeting
