PowerPoint slide submission deadline

Noon on Monday 15th September 2025

No submissions accepted after this deadline

E-poster first author registration

E-poster authors must have paid for registration for the meeting before 01st August 2025 (or will be removed from programme). BIPOSA’s decision is final

Transfer your PowerPoint slide using the free file transfer service www.wetransfer.com to the executive secretary

Changes to title, authors or content

We do not allow changes to the title, author or content. Your abstract should contain your outcomes, measurements and conclusions. Data should include the level of statistical significance. Co-authors who are not listed on the poster abstract submission database will be removed from the e-poster. Changes that are identified may lead to the removal of your work from the programme. BIPOSA’s decision is final

Format

    1. PowerPoint
    2. One slide
    3. 16:9 format ratio = widescreen (not 4:3)
    4. Transitition effects none
    5. You may include video (maximim play length 15 seconds) on a loop
    6. You may include audio clip (maximim play length 15 seconds) on a loop
    7. BIPOSA does not require you to use a slide template. However, do not include advertising or commerical names or logos
    8. Slide template if required (adapt as needed)

Powerpoint slide master format

    1. Orientation = landscape
    2. Developed using 16:9 ratio (widescreen) NOT 4:3

Technical information

    1. One slide
    2. BIPOSA does not require you to use a slide template
    3. Transitions / effects – none
    4. Images: highest resolution possible
    5. Video: maximum length of 15 seconds
    6. Audio: can be included up to 15 seconds
    7. Consent: ensure you have received patient consent to use images, test results or patient identifiable data
    8. Declaration: you declare any financial interest (or lack thereof) on your poster
    9. Do not include commercial names or logos
    10. Avoid use of abbreviations

Changes after submission

Once you have submitted your e-poster this will be sent to the technical team. We do not allow changes in any circumstances
