Train and tube strikes
There is industrial action on the rail network and tube strikes. Not all services are cancelled and there are limited trains on some networks. Great Western, ScotRail, Grand Central and the Elizabeth Line are all running. Check here for details. The buses, airports and taxis are all running. Think about car sharing. There is a Q car park at Cavendish Square which is 5 minutes walk from the venue.
There is no virtual aspect to the meeting. We are going ahead as planned. We are not refunding registration tickets

Parking
There is no parking at the conference venue. There are car parks nearby, please check on map. The venue is within the congestion charge zone
Registration desk
The registration desk will be open as follows:

- Wednesday 8 am – 5 pm
- Thursday 8.30 am – 4 pm
- Friday 8 am – 2 pm
Cloakroom
Is there a cloakroom and can I leave my luggage?
There will be a free unmanned cloakroom available 8.30 am – 5 pm daily (until 7 pm on Wednesday evening). If possible, leave your case / luggage at your hotel. Please do not leave items of value in your luggage. BIPOSA cannot accept responsibility for lost items or for luggage or clothing left behind.

Entrance via Cromwell Green. Please bring your ticket and photo ID with you. Security checks may take up to 30 minutes. Entry from 6.30 pm. Dinner served at 7.45 pm prompt.

Travel
London is one of the most easily accessible cities in the UK with excellent road, rail and air links
The nearest tube stations is Oxford Circus (5 minutes walk).
To get to the House of Commons allow at least 25 minutes for tube travel or 40 minutes to walk. Talk the Jubliee Line to Westminster from Bond Street underground stations (approx 10 minutes walk from RSM) – use transport for London journey planner
