Parking

There is no parking at the conference venue. There is an NCP car park is adjacent to the hotel.  The rate is £3.50 per hour or per day £17 (24 hour day rate applies to hotel residents only)

Registration desk

The registration desk will be open as follows:

Wednesday: 8.00 am – 16.00 pm
Thursday:  8.00 am – 16.00 pm
Friday:  8.00 am – 14.00 pm

Is there a cloakroom and can I leave my luggage?

There will be a free manned cloakroom available 8.30 am – 5 pm daily (until 7 pm on Wednesday evening). If possible, leave your case / luggage at your hotel.  Please do not leave items of value in your luggage.  BIPOSA cannot accept responsibility for lost items or for luggage or clothing left behind.
