Registration for this year’s meeting in London

Please read the following information before submitting your registration

There are options to register for 1, 2 or 3 days and there is a special two-day rate for orthoptists only wanting to attend Thursday/Friday

Membership

BIPOSA members ONLY receive reduced registration fees. BIPOSA membership is valid subject to approval by the Executive Committee PLUS payment of an annual subscription fee. BIOS membership does not count as BIPOSA membership. If you would like to join BIPOSA please refer to the membership section and if you think you qualify submit an application before registering for the meeting

Invoices

If you require an invoice you must first complete the online form and provide all of the information requested including a purchase order number (obtained from your Trust’s procurement department), the name, email and telephone number of the person responsible for the payment and the names of the people attending and their registration requirements. We cannot accept requests for invoices after 31st August 2023. Early bird registration fees refer to those paid before 05th July 2023 only.

Confirmation of place

Places for BIPOSA will be confirmed on receipt of payment only. BIPOSA does not reserve places

The BIPOSA office is open between 9 am – 5 pm, Mon – Fri

Booking and payment

You can register by card through the BIPOSA merchant (PayPal). Please ensure pop ups are allowed in your browser and WAIT for the payment page to load (this may take up to a minute as a new window will open). You can also pay by cheque (download the booking form and return by post) or by bacs (submit the application form and payment details will be emailed to you). Click one of the buttons below for your chosen payment method and follow the instructions. Invoices will be submitted for payments by Hospital Trusts only subject to provision of a valid Purchase Order or Purchase Order number

Cancellations

Cancellations will be subject to a £75 administration fee. Please send in a written request for a refund. We will refund using the payment method. There will be no refunds from 15th September 2023 onwards

Full meeting for BIPOSA members – 3 days

1. consultant £300
2. orthoptist full member or associate member £250

member daily rate £110

Full meeting for non-members – 3 days

1. consultant, SAS grade £350
2. orthoptist, trainee, fellow, optometrist, allied professional £300
3. medical student or foundation doctor (proof of ID) £200

non-member daily rate £130

Special two-day rate (Thursday & Friday only) for orthoptists only. We require your HPC number and once you select orthoptist from drop down menu the two-day rate option will appear
